LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
AUCKLAND V. CANTERBUEY. THE AUCKLAND TEAM. The Auckland Messrs. Asher, McDonald and Fox, have chosen the following 19 players, from which the team to play against Canterbury at Carlatr Park on Saturday will be selected: Littlewood, L. Scott, List, Wade, Riley, Prentice, Wetherill, Seagar, Peckham, Ghent. O'Brien (Devonport), A. Townsend. O'Brien (Marist), Pavne. St. George. Hutt, A. Scott, Bass, Dison. Any player who is unavailable must notify Mr. E Asher immediately. Practices at Carlaw Park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings next. All selected players must attend.
