Accused were with him, and said they would see him to a tram. The constable decided otherwise, and Murphy thrn endeavoured to pull him off the man. Murphy was arrested and broke away, but was recaptured. Then Chapman told Murphy to "give him a go," and that constituted incitement. Also obscene language was used while Murphy ■was under arrest. Murphy was fined £3 for obstruction -md £5 for obscene language. Chapman ;as fined £3 for obstruction and £1 for ..citing to resist.
