TROUBLE OVER A MEAL.

TVilliam Joseph Allen (32) was charged with obtaining credit by fraud to the extent of 1/.

Mark Roglieh, proprietor of a boardinghouse in Hobs.m Street, stated that on Saturday accused called and booked in for tea, bed and breakfast. After Allen had partaken of tea witness asked him fur 5/, stating that he alwaye required payment in advance. Witne-s staled tliat accused then abused him and refused to pay.
