HIPPODROME THEATRE

A pantomime, "Mother Grumly and Her Children." is being , presented during the afternoons of this week at the Hippodrome Theatre for the benefit of the children on holiday. The entertainment has been written and produced by Lester Sinclair. All the well-known characters from the fairy story will be introduced, and Mr. Sinclair himself will appear as Mother Grundy. Miss Edith McMilne, who arranged the ballet numbers, will be the principal girl. The pantomime promisee to be exceptionally bright, and should, prove very popular with the young folk. At the theatre this evening a special de luxe vaudeville programme will be given. Lester Sinclair and Arthur Lord will appear in another funny sketch, and they will present "The Ziffs," a company of "Id veterans, who will sing songs of the past.
