LIQUOR AND MOTORING.
14 DATS FOR DRIVER. SUPPLIERS FINED. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") TE KUITI, this day. At the Otorohanga Court, before Mr. Orr Walker, S.M., James McColl, charged with driving a motor car while intoxicated, and with entering licensed premises while prohibited, was convicted and sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment on the first charge, and fined £5 on the second, his motor license also being cancelled.
In connection with the same case, J. H. Simons was fined £7 10/ nnd costs, and A. C. Smith £10 and costs for supplying liquor to a prohibited person.
