I . j OPENED THIS AFTERNOON. J AN ATTRACTIVE DISPLAY. (By Telegraph—Special to "Star.") WELLINGTON, this clay. The Wellington Winter Show and Industrial Exhibition was opened this afternoon by the Governor-General. The jniard of honour was provided by the Sea Scouts. A series of valuable lectures and demonstrations has been arranged for a week in connection with the Exhibition. To these secondary school parties are specially invited. The Harbour Board has given the use of sheds for the Show, which will be a very complete and attractive display of primary and secondary industries. 1 ■
