"BLIND BOOKING"' SYSTEM.
LONDON, July 8. A ballot has been taken by the cinematograph Exhibitors' Association of ■Bntain and Ireland on the question the members were in favour of we abolition of the "blind booking" of Wms. T£e result of the ballot was that JjO4 voted in favour of the abolition "0* the practice and 19S against its abolition. This represents a7l per ce nt poll. The council of the association will now confer with film renters and try to %i^ re e ' r c °-operation in stopping Bund booking."— (A. and X.Z.)
