BATTERIES TAKEN.
(By Telegraph.— Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. For the theft of two batteries from ttotor cars standing in the street, James Morton MeGill, who had been previously admitted to probation for theft, breaking and entering, got three months from we magistrate this morning.
