SCHEMES FOR PACIFIC. ■WAR OF THE FUTURE. LONDON, July 1. Lieut.-Commander Kenworthy (Lib., Hull Central) asked in the House of Commons to-day -whether British docks in|the Pacific were capable of accommodating the largest units of the Navy, and if any other docks than those at Singapore were being prepared.
