A number of judsment summons cases came before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court to-day. In one case where the man was out of work, a lawyer asked for an order if only for 'I! per week. "No order." said tiis Worship, "if a man i≤ not earning that sum it is no use trying to make him pay it." All goods marked at bona tide clearance prices at Smith and Caughey's Great Winter Clearance Fair.— (Ad.)
