PAEROA BREWING CO., LTD.

A meeting of creditors in the Paeroa Brewery Co., Ltd., wag convened tliie morning, Air, W, S, Fisher (OBicial Assignee) presided. Mr. Andrew Hanna represented the mortgagee, and two other creditors attended.

Mr. Fisher said that he was in the position of not having any funds to administer the estate. Before matters could be brought to anything like a proper footing, an order of the Court would be required fixing the date up to which plaints could be lodged against the estate.
