DISCUSSED BY BREEDERS. j (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, Friday. At the instigation of the Friesian J Association a conference of breeders of 1 all classes of dairy stock was held ( this morning to consider the ' scrub bull question. It was dScided i that the meeting was '. not in favour of eliminating the scrub bull by '• legislation. A committee was set up ' to report on the question to a general meeting of breeders. « The Royal Show Committee has also ' formulated a scheme for a federation '• of breed societies to work in the inte- ] rests of the industry.
