(By Telegraph.—Special to " Star.") TAIHAPE, this day. Fnder the auspices of the Taihape Hockey Association, the weekly competition matches were continued on Thursday, on the Domain. Nt Taihape, there being a large crowd of spectators present. The games were fust and even, as the scores indicate. For the first time this season the Pakeba ladies' team suffered defeat, hut the men's team upheld their unbeaten record. The scores were as follow :—Ladies : Old Girls 2. v. Pakeha 0 : School t, v.
