LOST HIS TEMPER.

AND PAID THE PENALTY. : DANGEROUS DRIVING CHARGE. (3y Telegraph.—Press Association.) HAMILTON, this day. "He cv* in front of mc, and I lost my temper," was the excuse advanced by Douglas Andrews, junior, in the Court to-day, when called upon to account for unusual behaviour towards the driver of another car. Defendant pleaded guilty to charges of negligent and dangerous driving. It seems that complainant was driving along at a normal pace, and overtook defendant's car. Shortly afterwards defendant passed and drew up in front of him, eased up, and forced complainant, to drive with the utmost care. Defendant kept cutting across in front of complainant, and would then turn round and laugh. Defendant was convicted of dangerous driving, fined £3, and had his license endorsed and suspended for three months. Mr. Wvvern Wlson, S.M., said that this would make defendant realise his foolishness.
