CROQUET.
MOUNT ALBERT CLUB,
The annual meeting of the Mount Albert Croquet Club was held in the pavilion. The report and balance sheet showed that the club had had a very successful season. Mrs. Hodgson, the president, presented the prizes to the following winners: A championship : Mra. Robertson; runner-up. Mrs. Angus. Championship doubles : Mesdames Laurie and Robertson: runners-up, Mesdames Mcßride and Constantini. B championship : Mrs. Maxwell; runner-up. Mrs. Clarke. Handicap doubles: Mesdames Angus and Maxwell; runners-up, Mesdames Constantini and Clarke. Progress for season: A. Mrs. Angus; B, Miss Thomson. The following election of officers took place: Patrons, Hon. G. Fowlds, Mr. Mason. M.P.. and Mr. A. W. Page. President Mrs. Hodgson; vice-presidents. Mesdam£s Page and Forsyth; hon. secretary, Mrs. Eobertson; hon. treasurer. Mrs. Finch; committee. Mesdames Dawson, Clarke. Maxwell, Edwards. Whitfield and Miss Thomson; Match Committee, Mesdames Forsyth, Finch and Robertson ; hon. auditor, Mr. Halliwell.
