A FAMOUS WRESTLER.

ZBYSZKO VISITS AUCKLAND

During the past quarter century the two wrestlers who have dominated the public imagination in Europe have been Hackenschmidt and Zbyszko, both men of giant size as well as great skill. Hackenschmidt visited Auckland about 20 years ago, and he has since left the arena, but Stanislaus Zbyszko, his rival, is still on the stage, though 50 years old, and now claims the world's championship. He will arrive at Auckland on Sunday by the R.M.s. Niagara, and arrangements have been made -for Zbyszko to have an exhibition at the Town Hall on Monday, against the Maori colossus, -Ike Robin, the New Zealand wrestling champion, and a bigger man ever than .the Polish giant.
