SERVING OF NOTICE.
THE PROCEDURE LAID DOWN.

WELLINGTON, this day.
A supplementary Gazette contains an Order-in-Council announcing that notice of the Dairy Produce Control Board's intention to assume absolute control shall be given either by service or by publication in newspapers not less than sixty days before it becomes operative. Where notice is served on an owner of dairy produce or a person having possession thereof, it shall be done through the medium of the registered post.
