AUCKLAND MANAGEMENT. The Auckland Football Association met last night, Mr. A. Menziea. presiding. Applications for re-grading were approved of as follows :—T. Hankins. North Shore seniors to second grade; G. Wright, Ponsonby seniors to second grade ; W. Harrison, Newton second grade to third. i North Auckland Football Association wrote thanking the Auckland management dent, Mr. f>. E. Young, last week, nnd the promise to send a senior rep. team •to Hikurangi on July 3. Onehunga Club wrote giving a list of charges for their ground:—Second and third grade players. 9d per player; fourth grade players, 6d per player, irrespective of what time games commence—Approved. The second grade game, Glen Eden v. Onehunga, postponed last Saturday, was left to the Grounds Committee to arrange a future date. , Applications for transfer of J. Lloyd, Swanson, to Eden Rovers; Cole, V.M.C.A., ' to Whangarei ; were granted. | It was decided to carry on the cham-! plonship games on June IS), the semi-finals of the Chatham Cn» to be played on June 26. " I On the motion of Mr. H. Beason, season tickets for Blandford Park were granted to all life members of the association. It was decided that collections made on Saturday at the Chatham Cup games at North Shore and Onehunga be equally divided between the competing teams, the association agreeing to forego their percentage. i Mr. A. S. Drew (Tramways' delegate) brought up the question of insurance or players, stating that a local insurance company were prepared to take these risks. — Matter left to the secretary to iDform all clubs. This was left to the chair man. to bring the matter once again before the City Council. Mr. F. Baker stated that the Farmers Union Tradiug Company offered to present a silver cup as a trophy for the Business Houses" Competition This kind offer was gratefully accepted, and the secretary was instructed to write and express the association's thanks to the donors.
