I The notice' of all persons concerned is drawn to the undermentioned Regulation, I extracted from the Regulations gazetted under tbe Masseurs Registration Act, 1920. Special attention should be paid to the conI eluding paragraph with reference to the ! obtaining of certain certificates required to qualify for registration. [ "The following certificates as a masseur | •shall bo recognised by the Registrar as sufficient certificates under paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section (5 of the said Act, namely :-— II a) Complete Ortiticnte "f the Chartered j Society oi' Massage and Medical GymI nasties (England). (b) Complete Certificate of the Incorporated Society of Trained Masseurs (England). (c) Australian Massage Association's certiflcate. (d) Swedish Government certificate. (c) New Zealand Defence Department's certificate in massage and medical electricity, together with the certificate for remedial exercises granted after the necessary course of study at the Otago I Training School of Massage estabi lished at tbe Dunedin Public Hospital, 1 and with subsequent passing of the Masseurs Registration Board's Massage Examination. PROVIDED THAT, if any Person holding I a Certificate in Massage from the Char- | tered Society of Massage and Medical I Gymnastics, the Incorporated Society of ■ Trained Masseurs, or the Swedish Gov--1 ernment (other than a complete Certifi- ' rate) desires to complete the Examination in the remaining subject or subjects as for a complete Certificate, and for this purpose makes application to the Board on or before the 30th day of June, 1026,. ; such person shall be permitted to com- ! plete training at tbe Otago Training School of Massage aforesaid on or before tue 30th day of June, 19:>S, in the subject or subjects necessary to comply with the requirements of paragraph (h> of subsection (1) of section 6 of the said Act, and upon passing the Masseurs Registration Board's Massage Examination in such subject or subject shall be fntitlod to registration by the Board as a Masseur."
