DECREASE OF £8031 REVENUE. ' The sum of £29,756 was received by the Auckland Harbour Board in respect of revenue from shipping on the Waitemata Harbour during May. Compared with May of last year, this figure showed a decrease of £6387. Pilotage accounts | amounted to £985, interest £1895, and rents £1677. The total for the five months of 1926 was £154,597, this being a decrease of £8031 on the 1925 period. Receipts from the Manukau Harbour during May amounted to £246, which showed a decrease of £649 on the figures for May. 1925. This was due to the irregularity of Railway Department payments. The total for the five months this year was £2577, a decrease of £425, 86 contrasted with the corresponding period in 1925. With regard to estimates, the proportionate amount for the five months of the nine months' estimate, exceeded the actual receipts by £9291.
