FROZEN WATER PIPES.
SAWMILL HELD UP.
JACK FROST AT OHAKUNE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) OHAKUNE, Monday. Heavy frosts have occurred during the P*st few days. This morning 14deg. w ere registered. Messrs. Bartholomew's sawmill could not start work this morning , , owing to tie water pipes carrying water from the river to the engines being frozen. This h»s not occurred for some years past.
