KNOCKED DOWN BY A CAR.
Travelling back from a football match at Avondale on Saturday afternoon, a Ford car knocked down Mrs. C. Craymond at the intersection of Albert Road and the main road. Two buses were standing ou the road at the time and the woman walked from behind one of them and was struck by the left mud-guard of the car. She received only slight injuries, and was taken to her home by the driver of the car.
