BEFORE AUCKLAND'S LICENSING COMMITTEE.—An interesting application before the Auckland Licensing Committee, which is sitting to-day, is that for a license for a building in Quay Street, that was formerly a gum store occupied by the firm of Lichtenstein and Arnoldaoß.
