RESOLUTION. I Whereas the suni of £160" originally borrowed by the East Tamaki Road Board for "Recreation Reserve purposes was due anrt payable on the lfith day Pf January. IWI, and whereas the sinking funds in respect of the said loan werp insufflcieut to repay the same and the sum of £7ie> is required to pay off the said loan, now therefore the Mapuknu Odiintj Council, iv exercine of the power; vested in it in that ttehnlf by tin , Local Bodies Loans Act, J01.3, and of ;-.11 other powers and authorities it in anywise hereunto enabling, hereby resolves by way of Special Order.
