AIT EMERGENCY CHANCELLOR BERLIN, May 14. The President of the German Republic, Field Marshal yon Hindenburg, has accepted the resignation of Dr. Luther, the Chancellor.

' some of the prominent personages who are alleged to have been concerned in the plans to overthrow the Republic and to , substitute a dictatorship, with the ultimate intention of restoring the Hohenzollern dynasy to the throne of Germany.
