Airred Buckland and Sons, Ltd., report: Yesterday at our weekly Westneld rat stock market our beef pens contained 497 head, compared with 387 at last Wednesday's sale, comprising 195 steers, 295 cows and heirers, and seven bulls. The quality of the ox beef was a decided improvement on last week. There was a steady demand with little or no alteration in values.
