AN ELECTORAL COMMISSION. <By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.' (Received 12.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Giving evidence before the Federal Electoral Commission, a witness who acted as publicity agent in various elecI tions both for the Nationalist and •Labour parties, alleged that wholesale '"dummying" took place in the East Sydney electorate, both at the last Federal and State elections. j The system has been organised for years, mostly on behalf of Labour.
