MORRINSVILLE PROSECUTION.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) MORRINSVILLE, Friday. Failure to attend to a shop verandah which was stated to be in a dangerous condition was the cause of an action taken at the Magistrate's Court against Arthur H. Mansell, the owner of. the building. Mr. Allen appeared for- the Borough Council, and Mr. McDavitt on behalf of Mansell, who did not appear. The magistrate (Mr. J. H. Salmon) adjourned the case as an inducement for defendant to have the work done; if not the penalty would be heavier.
