TRADING ■ ARRANGEMENT, BERLIN, April 22.: J.Trade between Russia and Germany is expected;, to be considerable. It is repotted tjiat 'the German Government has guaranteed that German firms which are prepared to supply certain ■articles, chiefly heavy machinery, to Russia on credit shall obtain at least 60 per cent of {he money owing them by the. Russian' buyer should the latter and the Russian State Bank at Moscow, which is guarantor for the buyer, both _ fail to pay. The German guarantee covers 60 per cent of £15,000,000 worth of goods —- (Reuter.) . .
