MATRIMONIAL CAUSES.
■DOMINIONS' JURISDICTION LONDON, April 22 The House of Lords to-day read a first time a bill to confer on, the Courts of India ■ and other Dominions jurisdiction in certain cases in respect to the dissoa marriage to which the parties are domiciled in England and Scotland. The bill would also validate certain decrees granted for dissolution of marriage to persons so domiciled.— -(Reuter.)
