MOTOR ACCIDENT CASE.
HOLDER V. ESSORY. Judgment was - given by Mr. J, W. Poynton, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court yesterday in the' case in which Margaret Holder and her husband claimed £200 from E. G. Essory'for injuries received through being knocked down by a" motor-car driven by Essory on July 17, 1925. . - Altogether twenty witnesses were called. Mr. C. C. Chalmers • appeared for plaintiffs, and Mr. "Hall-Skelton represented defendant. The magistrate gave judgment for the defendant, ■ with costs against the plaintiffs.
