LYTTELTON HOLD-UP.
TWO STEAMERS STILL IDLE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. As expected, the watersiders again refused to work the Canopus and the Coolana this morning. Surprise was caused, however, by a call for labour being made for the Tugela, which is under charter and outside the jurisdiction of the Employers' Federation. Fifty-six hands were engaged.
