Since morning I have been away, But what has happened here all day I'll tell you very easily by Our garden walk that's nearly dry. Mother has taken baby out. He liked to leave the house, no doubt But mother missed Aunt Helen's call. (She's the most stylish aunt of all!) Dear mc I Our grocer's boy, big Mike, Always spills things the birdies like. And poor lame George was here, I gueii. To sell some nice fresh water-cress. Rover! You ought to wipe your feet! The mat ls here to keep dogs neat. But father's home, so let lt go— You went to welcome him, I know.
