THE WAITEMATA CLUB. The annual meeting of the Waitemata Golf Club was largely attended. The annual report stated tliat the last season had been most successful, the year closing with a substantial credit balance in hand. I The following officers . were elected :— President. Mr. R. Wynyard: vice-presidents, Messrs. J. I'ascoe and R. Broughton: captain. Mr. W. R. Goudie; vice-captain. Mr. K. Baxter; treasurer, Mr. K. Broughton; committee, Messrs. F. Warren, B. Jackson, V. Graham, .1. Hogan. E. Rudge; hon secretary, pro tern, Mr. F. Layzell; hon. auditor, Mr. A. X. Blackburn. It was decided to open the season on April 17 with mixed foursomes. The subscription for the year was fixed at 35/, the membership to be limited to 100.
