OVERHEAD BRIDGE.
APPROACHES TO CAMPBEII'S POINT. COUNCIL APPROVES PROPOSALS. The question of the overhead briihta which it is proposed to erect, and ah* approaches at Campbell's Point, came before the City Council last night, whea a letter was received from the District Engineer of Railways, together with diagrams submitted for approval. The diagrams had been considered fey the Works Committee, and the laser's recommendation to the council wa ti»i the proposals be approved, and th«_4 ithe council should consider at an early date the question of extending Gladstone and Balfour Roads. . The council adopted the committee a 1 recommendation. i
