It whs resolved that i members of the Council should meet theii , committee on Saturday afternoon to gc j further iuto the matter. i Engineers Report.—The engineer in hi; j report stated that the bitumen plant wa: j now in good working order, and that a verj satisfactory output was being maintained j The cost of the bitumen laid on the road: i was estimated at approximately 7/ pel . square yard.
