FIRE AT FRANKTON.
(By Telegraph.—Own. Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A motor garage containing a car and a number of tools, owned by Mr. R. H. Hampton, was destroyed by fire at Frankton early this morning. The wall and the ceiling of the adjoining house, occupied by Mr. John Ross, also caught alight, but the brigade was able to save it. The shed, car, and tools were a total loss, and wore insured for ££•">, £So, and £23 respectively. The house was covered by a policy in the State Office for £440. The origin of the fire is unknown.
