FIRE AT ST. HELIER'S.
I . OUTBREAK IN TEAROOMS. THE KITCHEN* OI'TTED. The Tamaki Fire Brigade more than justified its existence on Tuesday night, when an outbreak of fire occurred in ■ the rear portion of the Balmoral Tea. Rooms, on the waterfront at St. Helier's Bay.
