PEOPI/E'S DAY. ; (By Telejjraph.—Own Correspondent.) ROTORUA, this day. The weather is now fine after light rain during the night for People's Day j at the Rotorua 'Show. The special train ' from Putaruru was well patronised, and a great crowd is now in Arawa Park. Further results are:— Special Prizes.—Winstone Cup, field section, W. Bridle 1; White Cup, garden section; R. J. Tucker I.' Jams: Mrs. E. Sharpe; adult baking, Mrs. E. Armerj. children's baking, Miss May Luxton; needlework, Mrs.' M. Rowland; Dr. Bertram Cup, home section, Mrs. E. Sharpe. Champion draught, J. E. Martin's Madam. , ' ■ !
