DECEPTION IN LONDON. i Received 2 p.m.i LONDON, January 31. t Sir James and Lady Allen will entertain the returned Empire Press delegation at a dinner at the Hotel Victoria on February 8. There will be 100 guests, including the Earl and Countess Jellicoe, Earl and Countess Liverpool. 'Sir Thomas Mackenzie, Sir Joseph and Lady Cook, and other representatives of New Zealand business interests. Lord Burnham and Lady Apsley will respond on behalf of the guests.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
