MAGISTERIAL TRANSFERS.
(Bj- Telgraph.—Press Association.) . NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Mr. A. M. Mowlem, S.M., has received notice of transfer to Masterton as from March 1. It is understood that Colonel Tate, S.M.. now at Whangarei, will be transferred to New Plymouth.
