SENATE AND ADHERENCE. WASHINGTON, January 23. After having sat until long past the usual hour for adjournment, the .Senate last evening ratified a resolution authorising the adherence of the United States to the World Court. Before the final roll-call was reached, the old controversy about the League of Nations, the late President Wilson's policy, and many other issues were argued out again.— (Reuter.)
