There is not as much antimony showing;, but: the footwalL portion at the reef, which is 44ft wide, looks very favourable for making gold, as the ..re is carrying some nice sine blends and Che quartz Is well defined, witli no eaieite. KAWARAU. A conference ia being- held on Wednesday nest in Dunedin of the various claim holders or" the Kawarau. The Minister of Mines will preside. The .-.inference will .lea! with the amalgamate of all claims in. the river.
