BRITAIN AND IRAQ.
SIGNING OF A TREATY. LONDON, January 15. The Colonial Office announces that a new treaty between Britain and Iraq, continuing the present regime, was signed at Bagdad yesterday. This is in accordance with the terms of the decision of the League of Nations.—(A. and N.Z.)
