FRENCH GOVERNMENT.
SOCIALIST PARTICIPANTS. PARIS, January 12. The Socialist party Congress decided to-day, by 1766 votes to 1331, in favour of participation in the Government, provided that the party secures a majority lof the portfolios as well as a choice of same.— (Reuter.)
