Our Ancfcland Auctioneer hat visited the above-mentioned Stations, which are all situated in the Cape Runaway, Hicks Bay Te Araroa, and Lottln Point Districts, and has Inspected the various flocks. The sheep which will be straight lines, one ear mark and guaranteed ages, mainly consisting of 2-tooth and 5-year ewes, have been bred on ? ' A eep countl T. and are noted for their splendid constitution. They are lareeframed, good-boney Romney Ewes, and very well woolled. In most cases one breeder's rams have been used for a great number of years, and in conseqnenece the sheep are ' very even type and the wool of uniform quality. In fact, the 5-year ewes are amonest some of tie best ewes for their age in New Zealand and are admirably adapted for putting with Black-faced or Leicester Rams for fat lamb raising. The 2-toothe are a>ood ! class of ewe, and would make an ideal I foundation for new, or to improve existing ; flocks. Shipment has been arranged bf d,r | C^Ste^ mer ft ,?, m Hickß Ba y to Auckland, and the sheep will only be off their feed for a v!L4 ayß ' and should arrive in good order and fit to go straight to the ram. We should be pleased tosuppiy any f urtlier informat ion concerning the whole or any particular line. aßt Co 2 et Ewes ' an d to the limited accommodation, no local sheen trill be accepted on this daj\ 2
