TOO LATE TO ,y . (By Telegraph.—Press Asspeiation.) - ' DIL'NEDIN, Tuesday. The steamer Kamo- ■ scheduled to -satt for Northern ports this evening, was held up until 10 o'clock to-morrow morning. A-couple of the crew signed off yesterday and two men sighed on after 5 p.m. to. take their places.
