MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.
t . Sir James Parr, Minister of Education, arrived from Wellington this morning. He held a meeting of headmasters to discuss matters dealing with junior high schools. This afternoon Sir James distributed the prizes at the annual "breaking-up" cremony of the Seddon Memorial Technical College.
