TAVO BAKERS FINED.. (By Telegraph.—Own;Correspotdeht.) '■ : OHRISTCHURCH, this day. Before Mr. H. A. Young, S.M., in the Jtagistrate's. Court yesterday, Mr. Thotnas E. Echofl, inspector of -health, proceeded against two bakers for failing to provide coverings for their bread. The magistrate said the eases would be a W&rning to others, and that in future tilo penalty would be heavier: "Guilty," pleaded John Campbell, ■ through iis Solicitor, Mr. A. C.
