COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE.
PALMERSTON N., Tuesday. Walter Honey, a labourer, appeared in the Police Court to-day to answer several charges of theft. He pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to a month's gaol on each charge concurrently. Accused also pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering and theft, and was sent to the Supreme Court for sentence. Basil Trevor TVood, Iβ years of age, on eight charges of theft, was convicted and discharged. On two indictable theft charges he pleaded guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
